At least six credits must come from outside the department and in related courses, with approval of the political science department chair. Numerous majors – including sociology, psychology, economics, management, finance, and marketing – offer courses which would complement the course of study in the minor and we want to encourage students majoring in those areas to bring that particular expertise to our classrooms, and to use our program’s curriculum to supplement their major study.
